Once negotiations on the land were completed, Grubb Ventures began working with Womack and Hampton, a well-known architectural firm out of
Dallas, Texas. Bovis Lend Lease, a general contractor, began breaking ground and building The Gardens on Glenwood residential condominiums.
This was Raleigh's first high-end condominium project, destined to be a very special place, with very special features.
They didn't have to, but they used 12" of post-tension concrete between floors. So there's no sound getting through.

Architects Honor Award and the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Champion Award for Best Multifamily Development.
