The first building, and the cornerstone of Glenwood Place, is 3700 Glenwood, and, as you can see by the photos, it makes a unique statement.
The five-story building was designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Duda Paine, built by Brasfield and Gorrie, along with Grubb Ventures.
In 2007, the 3700 project was awarded Development of the Year by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.
