Biography

Tammie Rhodes joined Grubb Ventures in 2011 and is responsible for the management of all real estate assets including multifamily, commercial, industry, and for-sale properties. She has more than 25 years of real estate management experience with multi-family assets, commercial, retail, and condominium conversions and sales.

Tammie worked for Drucker and Falk Property Management in Raleigh, NC for more than five years in the positions of Leasing Associate, Assistant Manager and Property Manager. She later joined Schaedle Worthington Hyde Properties where she was a Senior Manager for their NC portfolio of luxury Class A and affordable, older Class B properties. Prior to that, she spent 10 years with Altman Management Company where she was responsible for management of up to 2,500 multifamily units in multiple states, including both owner-owned and third-party assets. She also managed homeowners associations and identified land sites for future development. She was involved from the ground up on major new construction and renovations.

Tammie is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and is a NC Broker in Charge. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association (NAA). Tammie is currently a member of IREM, NAA and the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA). She serves on the boards of IREM’s Triangle Chapter and the TAA Education Foundation. She received the “Property Executive of the Year Award” in 2009 from the TAA.

Tammie holds a B.S. from NC State University.
